This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Aluf AI through this website, contact forms, and direct business communications related to our AI, cloud, automation, and systems integration services.

It does not govern customer data processed inside a signed client engagement. Project data, confidential materials, security obligations, and data processing terms should be covered by the signed agreement for that project, including any confidentiality or data handling terms.

We may collect business contact information you submit, such as name, work email, company, phone number, project context, and any details included in your message. We also collect consent records associated with form submissions, including the date and time of consent.

The site may also receive basic browser and device information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and timestamps. We use this for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or analytics you have allowed.

We use submitted information to evaluate your inquiry, respond to you, schedule calls, scope potential engagements, improve our website, protect our systems, and maintain business records.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use website form submissions to train public AI models. If a project requires handling sensitive business, customer, or employee data, those terms should be documented separately before work begins.

We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, CRM, security, and cloud infrastructure. These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide services to Aluf AI.

The current site runs on Vercel hosting and Formspree form delivery. If Aluf AI adds analytics, advertising pixels, CRM enrichment, calendar tools, or newsletter systems, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated to match.

This site includes an optional AI chat assistant that answers questions about Aluf AI's services and how engagements work. If you use it, the text you type is sent to OpenAI to generate a reply, and to Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are a real person rather than an automated bot. We do not keep a separate database of your conversations. Basic operational metadata, such as token counts and whether a message was flagged, is captured in standard server logs for cost and abuse monitoring and is not kept longer than necessary. OpenAI may retain the underlying messages for a limited time under its own API terms, mainly for safety and abuse review; see openai.com/policies for details. We do not use chat conversations to train public AI models.

The assistant is not a person, cannot make commitments on Aluf AI's behalf, and is limited to talking about Aluf AI. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or confidential business information in the chat. If the assistant surfaces a contact form during your conversation, information you submit there is handled the same way as any other form on this site, as described above.

When you submit a form, you agree that Aluf AI may contact you about your inquiry using the information you provide. If you provide a phone number, you consent to calls or text messages related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of marketing or phone/text outreach at any time by replying with an opt-out request or emailing info@aluf.ai.

We use essential local storage to remember cookie preferences. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies should not be loaded unless you opt in and Aluf AI has configured those tools. For details, see the Cookie Policy.

We keep inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. We apply reasonable safeguards for a serious consulting business.

No website, cloud service, or email system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Please do not submit highly confidential, regulated, or live system credentials through the public contact form.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. To make a request, email info@aluf.ai. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
